Lighter board in dark Mahogany, Irish Elm, and Irish Sycamore. The grain is carefully selected and orientated to provide stunning book-matched patterns. Treated with food-safe mineral oil and finished with my own recipe board butter (a mix of natural beeswax and mineral oil) for a beautiful finish. Extremely hard and durable timber, providing a lifetime of use with the proper care and attention.
